Sick hen(?)

Oh yeah I forgot to mention: I did get her beak open and got her to drink quite a bit and I mixed some crumbles with water and got her to drink a little of that too

If she refuses to eat and drink at all, then perhaps the best option would be to end her suffering. Maybe try Googling 'chicken vet near me' and see? Oh, what about her poop? Does it look normal or runny? If she will actually drink- I would try to give her some vitamins. Maybe try to find those packets like I pictured earlier. They were in Tractor Supply.

She has been drinking. She hasn’t pooped yet, probably because she hasn’t eaten or drank in several days

I'm questioning if it might be Merek's disease. If her eyes have a grey color, and/or has little skin bumps/follicles under her wings?

I already put some neosporin on it. Should I be concerned about it spreading to my hens if it is mereks? She’s in the house currently and my hens are outside

Yes, I would keep her separate from the others- it can spread through infected dander. And to be on the safe side, I would clean their coop, waterer and feeder. Try Googling 'Merek's disease in chickens'. Sounds like vaccinating them for it doesn't help prevent the disease.
