Oh yeah I forgot to mention: I did get her beak open and got her to drink quite a bit and I mixed some crumbles with water and got her to drink a little of that too

She has been drinking. She hasn’t pooped yet, probably because she hasn’t eaten or drank in several daysIf she refuses to eat and drink at all, then perhaps the best option would be to end her suffering. Maybe try Googling 'chicken vet near me' and see? Oh, what about her poop? Does it look normal or runny? If she will actually drink- I would try to give her some vitamins. Maybe try to find those packets like I pictured earlier. They were in Tractor Supply.
Here’s a close up of her eye- they both look pretty normal to meOk- got a couple more questions. Could you get a look at her eyes? Or look under her wings and check for skin follicles(little bumps?)
I already put some neosporin on it. Should I be concerned about it spreading to my hens if it is mereks? She’s in the house currently and my hens are outsideI would certainly try to give her some vitamins. Keep her comfy, and put some ointment on that injury.
