Sick hen(?)

Were you able to get some poultry vitamins that have Vitamin E and B1? Poultry Cell or Poultry Nutri-Drench would be good to use. If you can't get those, you can use human vitamins. 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex.
The vitamin suggestion is just not to give her a boost, the E, B1 are to see if they will help her neck too.
It's very hard to know if she is suffering from poor care or if she is having neurological symptoms as well. Vitamin therapy is about the only thing you can try unless you can see a vet.

The green in the poop is likely because she had not eaten in several days. The yellow colored urates are concerning, but lets hope that improves as she gets stronger.

I would give her chick starter as her main source of nutrition. You can give her a little egg as a treat.

Can she see o.k.? Is she able to open her eyes?

The feather loss/damage looks like it's from the others pecking at her. She's got some new growth coming in. If there are no weeping or pus filled wounds, I think she will be fine with that.
I haven’t yet but will in the next few days.

I’m not sure how well her vision is. She doesn’t blink if I fake-poke her eye(like not actually touch her eye) I’m not sure if chickens do that the same way as other animals though. She does keep her eyes closed a lot of the time but does open them periodically. I’m not sure if that’s just because she’s still really weak and fatigued from not eating or drinking

I'm dealing with an similar issue..
I found one of my girls in the corner away from everyone else. She's not eating or drinking hardly, I've been having to entise her with worms and treats she likes.. but that only does so much. She will show interest, then goes back to her zombie like trance. I've had to use a medication dropper to give her fluids. . But, yesterday she finally drunk by herself so I have some hope..

Sucks whenever they're sick! Hope for the best for your girl! You really get attached and it sucks whenever you don't know how to help!

I would try to get the vitamins as soon as possible.

Can you get photos of her eyes?

She didn’t want to open her right eye so I had to hold it open and that was the best I could do without her shaking her head

Don’t give up. Give her time. Back looks hen pecked to me. Because she has a neck injury it will take time. Start elevating the neck if she will let u while laying with straw or hay. She is hurting so gonna take time to get over it. She sounds like she is improving and fighting. I doubt if she was almost pecked to death she will want to be with other chickens. PTSD take a while to get over. Tel her keep going, we are rooting for her!

Thank you! Yeah I don’t have any intention of ever putting her in with me other hens in case she has any kind of spreadable disease even after (and if) she recovers

Update: she seems doing be doing a lot better today! She’s been very talkative, stood up all by herself, raised her head all by herself and drank a ton of water. I also gave her some yogurt and she LOVED it. She was also preening her chest feathers

This sounds promising!
Can she hold her head up now?

Drinking a lot is sometimes good, but I would check her crop for several mornings before she has had anything to eat/drink just to make sure it's emptying completely.

Ok I’ll do that

Well, she can hold her head up just not out. This is the best he can do without me holding it for her:
