Sick hen

So my daughter's hen has been sick. She went to check on her today and found this next to some fresh feces. Any ideas?

Looks like a lash egg to me.

Sometimes if caught early, you may be able to treat the infection.
Amoxicillin can be found as Fish Mox online - dose is 57mg per pound of weight given orally twice a day for 10-14 days.
