Sick hen

Hello.. I am a new chicken owner we have 4 hens.. The black hen (2 months old) just started laying around.. She is laying on the ground away from the from other hens. She only opens one eye. So one eye looks white. The other chickens walk around her and she just lays there. She will get up but not for long.. She lays down and closes her eyes ?? Any suggestions?
