Sick hen

I have seen thick watery liquid before,cause was drinking water and not eating much. Was liquid clear in color?

Yes it was and not sure this helps but here lately the rooster has been running her in the morning when she comes out and pecking her not doing that to the other hen.

I have seen this behavior,especially if one of my hens is running around squawking b/c i have locked her out of nest box(due to her being broody). My head rooster(he is an excellent boy) after listening to her squawking constantly,will eventually peck her(just a light peck,nothing serious) to tell her to stop,and she does.

Keep her in the house for awhile,away from bossy rooster.

Maybe she is just broody but i am going to keep her in until I know for sure nothing else is going on..I would just be sick if something happened to her..

I agree,keep her inside and watch for any other symptoms,repost if something happens. Keep doing what you have been as her crop emptying is good,it is possible she may have had some sort of crop issue and it is starting to clear.

Make sure she has access to grit while inside. Make sure she is eating/drinking. Watch her poop as the condition of their poop,can tell us a lot about what could be the issue.

Her crop didn't go down at all last night. I had to go to work today but did get some egg in her and some Kefir. A little more relieved tonight. It is weird but she will eat egg from my hand but not the bowl. Crop still full tonight but not as hard. Still pooping the same not much green in it mostly white. She seemed a little more active tonight but not as much as I hoped. I am almost certain she is having crop problems but will continue to do what I am doing. Will give update tomorrow night again. Hope to have better news...

Sour crop can be difficult to treat. I have dealt with this twice with the same hen. She had impacted crop that went sour. It took a month about a year ago to treat her, it was touch and go. Lots of different diahhrea. Second time was just recently, she was impacted by straw. By the time I realized, her crop was sour with impaction. This time she needed the impaction removed, and there was a lot of straw removed mixed with her food she was no longer digesting. She no longer was pooping, only water was coming out. Everything I tried did not work. I had to treat her for sour crop as well. I used the Fluconazole. It worked. I don't know anything about what your using to treat her for sour crop, however, this treatment I used goes into there system. Using other treatments need to touch the yeast in the crop to work. This drug is an anti-fungal drug that is taken by mouth. Her pooping green can mean she isn't getting any nourishment. This can get critical. I used the baking soda and water in a link I posted here, it helps with gas they produce in the crop from the yeast.

Was her crop this morning hard, or squishy?
