Sick hybrid and what to do?

The wormer works gradually over a couple of days. That way it doesn’t cause a blockage if there are worms. You may not see much change in droppings since reproductive infections can also cause runny droppings. Is her crop empty and flat since she isn’t eating or drinking much? You could try tube feeding her, but usually there is a reason they don’t eat. Many times the crop is not emptying normally.

Crop feels empty. What should I try to tube feed her? Is that like squirting the wormer med down the side of her throat?

Tuesday morning report. Poop looks the same as the past three days, greenish with yellow puss looking discharge. Gave her a calcium pill. She's not eating and still listless. About to take her out in the yard to see if she'll eat some more greens. May go to Tractor supply and get an antibiotic and wormer. Can't see that the calcium is changing anything.

Hey @Eggcessive and @Wyorp Rock, so the only treatment I haven't tried is an antibiotic. Of course Tractor Supply doesn't carry any (Federal mandates) but if I can find a willing vet what would be the best antibiotic to try? I understand that a general antibiotic might not help and we really don't know if she has an infection without a vet exam, so this is really a shot in the dark. Thanks again!
Looks like Coach and Eggcessive gave you information on medication.

I'd try to encourage her to drink and offer her wet mush feed to eat. At this point, I'd offer different things to see in anything interests her. Tomato or Melon seem to peak interest in eating. Cucumber to pick at, bits of scrambled egg, etc.

She may also be on her way out, her not eating/drinking can be a way that they start to shut down.
I'm sorry she's not improving, it can be disheartening when you've tried everything you can think of.

How about nutri-drench and water by syringe?

Wednesday update: She made it through the night. Several poops look the same as before, with the yellow puss looking stuff mixed in, the dark part though is not as black looking. She ate a few bites of mush feed. We gave her 1mL of Nutri-Drench. Will administer the SafeGuard in a few, just to let her rest from the ND.

Update Wednesday afternoon: Great news everyone. We mixed up some mush feed with broccoli and tomatoes this morning. At about 9-9:30, she stood up and started eating. She ate, and ate, and ate, and sat down and continued to eat. She's still eating. It's 1:30. We plan to take her outside once she stops eating - don't want to stop her eating since it's been days since she really put anything in her tummy. We'll give her the 4th calcium pill today, and will continue that for 7 days. Tomorrow morning we'll give her another 1mL of Nutri-Drench, a dose of Safeguard, and a calcium pill. I ordered the antibiotic to have on hand as suggested by Coach 723, just in case we ever need it. I want to thank Wyorp Rock, Eggcessive, and Coach 723 for all your input and valuable experience. If we can cure this hen, maybe someone here on BYC will be able to help one of their chickens. Thanks again y'all!:bow
