It does help to know about age, and when she last laid an egg.
Mites and worms are things things to look for.
It sounds like at the least, you need to tube feed her water. Don’t worry, it’s not too scary. I’ll be right back with the link to the thread I prefer.

She's 2 years old and none of our chickens have laid since fall.
How do you check for mites and worms?
Where can you find a tube to feed her the water??

I agree hydration first....and right away.

I thought I saw a that aquarium airline tubing can be used....along with a syringe without a needle.
I would try Wal-Mart for the tubing and ask at the pharmacy if you can get a 3cc syringe with no needle.

Yes.
You can tube feed her water to get her hydrated first and then start food.

Do you have an idea on how to tube feed?
I can find a couple of example videos on YouTube for you if you would like.

Her belly... Feel between her legs is it full and firm or swollen and squishy?

Is there any sneezing or snot or coughing?

Worms will drain the birds energy by getting the feed nutrients before they get to the bird. They cause a lot of issues from listlessness, no eating, not drinking, weight loss, pale combs, anemia and more.
Lice and mites are blood suckers and will drain a bird causing weight loss, anemia and when bad the bird will stop eating or drinking because they are to weak.

As for an easier way to hydrate her I don't know.
