I will if she gets better, if not then she's the white bird if my profile picture
I'm asking because I am trying to get an idea of how sick she is. Knowing this could affect my advice. So, can you post some pictures of her now that she is warm, it will help us give you proper advice?

A picture or two of how she looks now is WAY more helpful than a group shot from when she felt good.

Many people on BYC can tell a lot by a picture of the sick bird.

Kiki and Casportony are two of the best in my opinion.

Here below is where to aim the feeding tube on the chicken’s right side of the throat, wherer the syringe is pointed avoiding the airway (trachea) at the base of the tongue. When the tube is threaded into the crop, give 15 ml of water per pound of weight every 6-8 hours.

Thanks you everyone for your advice....
I couldn't respond for a while because.... she died... and I didn't have the heart to respond at the time...... Thank you all :(

:hugs I am sorry.
Chickens are masters at hiding illness. Most of the time they hide it until nothing can be dane.

So sorry for your loss. If you would like to get a necropsy on Monday or Tuesday, you can get a basic necropsy to look for a cause of death for $23 if you deliver the body to the state lab in Reynoldsburg near Columbus. The body would need to be kept cold, not frozen, in a cooler or refrigerator, and wrapped in plastic. Extra testing and histology costs a little extra if you give permission. You can also ship the body overnight via Fedex or UPS, and they may send you a prepaid shipping label. Here is a link that has their phine number for contact:
