Sick or travel stress?

I purchased two more chicks this week from a breeder (they are supposed to be 4-5 weeks, honestly I think they are closer to 3) I have 8 others that are about 6 weeks so I figured they were close enough to go together. Upon getting them home they are so much smaller I decided to put the two in their own brooder and wait until they get bigger to put them with the others. They seemed really stressed when we got them situated and neither would eat or drink. I gave electrolytes with a syringe through the day and kept them under heat. Today one perked up a lot, she is drinking and eating pretty well, the other is still not at all. Wont even try. I did some nutridrench this morning, and later in the day she had a frothy weird poop and it did have some red in there which freaked me out so I started both chicks on corrid and stopped the nutridrench and electrolytes. I also have red some raw egg yolk to the one not eating. Is there anything else I can do? I am assuming she is not feeling well and it is beyond just the stress of travel at this point right? She will stand and kinda wander a little but really she just wants to snuggle up to the other one and still won't eat/drink on her own. I am really hoping she makes a turn here soon :(

Hard to say. How far did you have to go to get them? Did you get to see the brooding/housing conditions at the breeder's (or have you bought from them before and the chicks were in satisfactory condition in the past)?

Go ahead and do the Corid treatment. I'd also try wetting their chick feed to see if that makes it any more appetizing to them. Don't know about the raw yolk, but a little cooked egg, finely chopped, is also an option, if she'll eat it.
