About 1-3 times a day some of them do it more, some less, but it somewhat stays in that category
You mean.... yawn?

Honestly though if it's all the time there might be a problem with breathing, but with them still being too young to have comb and wattle development, I can't see any blueness. It could be nothing, it could be something. How often are they doing it?

Some of my birds do this too. I don't think it's a yawn because they act like they are choking. No noise no particular distress. Some times they will lower the head and rise up with that open mouth gesture. It's almost like a dry heave in a way. But they've been doing in now for over a year and seem fine. IDK really.

Its been a year and the hens are still fine...I assume it was just yawning. My girls do not seem to be choking when they do it.
