sick pullet - advice?

I was refering to chickngirls birds regarding the blood and egg. How old are your girls? If they have blood in poop, I would treat them.

They range from 23 weeks to 20 weeks

When treating for Coccidiosis,ALL chickens have to be treated. Not all strains of Cocci,have blood as a symptom,there are 9 strains of cocci and one has blood. Chickens can still have cocci,without blood in poop. Cocci is a parasitic infection of the intestinal tract,spread by droppings which get into feed/water via droppings.
