I went out to check on the little chickens and found one laying on its side. It's about 6 weeks old. It's eyes are closed and it can't stand up. She was very lively when I checked on them a few hours ago. I mixed some milk with chick feed and she's eating it. Any advice for further treatment?

Do they still have a heat source? If not, I’d offer one or bring her in where it’s warm, as in her weakened state, she may not be able to regulate her own temp. You’ll need to figure out why she’s sick. How is her poop? Is her crop emptying properly overnight? Can you take a poop sample in to a vet for a fecal float test? Where is she in the pecking order? Could she be being bullied from feed?
At her age, my best guess would be coccidiosis, but it really could be anything. The more info you can gather and provide, the more we can help. But laying on her side sounds urgent to me.

I agree with Micstrachan, sounds like coccidiosis. It's a good thing you gave her some milk to drink. Milk coats the intestines and deters cocci, but it's not a cure. This will give you time to get Corid and treat her. It wouldnt hurt to give corid to the rest of your flock as well.
Ensure all feeders and waterers are feces free, sanitize with an ammonia/water solution.
