Sick quail.. Help please!

I feed mine; 3 cups chick crumbles by 1 cub blood and bone fertilizer

If he's eating seeds/grain and not getting any grit (small rocks) to break it up that might be contributing to the problem - as well as that long beak - do you have a sandbox for him? When they peck at the sand it helps shorten the beak and when they scratch the sand it helps keep their nails trim too plus it's good for their skin and feathers and keeps them busy

I would get a game bird feed pellet for him (not medicated) of at least 20% protein - it might be he can't digest the whole grains without grit??

I can see his feathers better but he still the same!!!!

How do you know he can't see? Is he eating the pellets?

He might have eye problems if he wasn't getting good nutrition
