Sick Quail?!

I have two 11week old Japanese quail and one of them seems I'll, she's puffed up all day and her tail bobs when she breathes she also has something weird happening with her feet, the first digits are curled in but only the first digits meaning she often has trouble walking. My quails are kept very close to our chickens seperated only by chicken wire, could it be the chickens?
The other Quail seems uneffected.
Btw she flew into a window and nearly drowned in soapy water too she hurt her wing it bled a little but I sealed it up and let her go...
Can anyone help?!

I'm sorry, I know very little about quail but it definitely sounds like something's off. How long ago was the window/soap water incident? Do you know what type of soap it was? It may have something to do with these new symptoms. Hoping someone who knows more will come along soon....good luck!

It was...clothes soap...?
It's been a few weeks, I just picked her up and realised that not only were her toes curled in a little but they don't work at all no gripping I'm a little worried y'know?

Depending on how hard she hit the window, she could have some neck/nerve damage which could affect her feet. Puffed up says she may be sick. I'd separate her for a couple of days and see if she might have respiratory issues

She's breathing fine she's been all messed up for weeks she's in with only one other Quail so I could'nt seperate her the other Quail is fine, I'm really confused.
