Sick RIR Hen

Good Morning, I hope everyone is staying well. We have a 2 1/2 year old hen not acting right. Her belly seems warm and swollen and she just stands there with her head tucked in her chest and seems like her eyes are closing. Her comb is limp and a little shrunken and looks like shes breathing heavy. She had yellowish discharge near her vent and does not lay eggs. Last week she was acting normal and eating. I treated for coccidiosis a month or so ago and the yellowish discharge stopped. Any advice would be appreciated. I just don't want her to suffer.

Hello thank you for your response, yes her belly looks swollen and red like it has fluid and she also looks a little more swollen over all today.
