Sick Roo need advice

Ok, I do notice a slight purplish color on his comb in the first pic also. Does he have a favorite hen you could put near him? That may help him eat. Or offer scrambled egg.

Was he eating before you separated him?
His eyes beak and feathers look good. His face is a little pale, did you check for mites or lice?

Can you get a pic of his poop?

His appetite was declining. I just left for work but I will try a scrambled egg for him when I get back. Before I left I offered him a piece of bread, he just picked it up and dropped it. I put meal worms in with him and he wouldn’t touch them either. He did drink a little water. His poop in a liquid yellow color. I’m afraid to put him with another hen Incase he is contagious.

He is about 8 months old and I have had him for 3 months. I feed my flock mash and the other 5 hens are just fine. No problems with them. Thay of course get treats and extra calcium. Here is the picture of his poop as you requested. He is still not eating. I gave him scrambled egg as suggested and he only took one peck at it. He is drinking a little. He’s laying down most of the time and will rarely stand.

Is that blood in the stool?

I am not a vet, nor an expert - I will give you my opinion of what I would do if that was my bird. Seeking vet care is the best option and I recommend that you do so if at all possible.

I would treat for infection and coccidiosis.
You don't mention your location - if you are in the US you can still get injectable antibiotics at feed stores like Tractor Supply (unless you are in CA). Do you have any antibiotics on hand, if so, what do you have?

Procaine Penicillin G is probably what you can get your hands on the quickest, so I would go with that for antibiotics. Corid (amprolium) will treat Coccidiosis.

Get some 20 gauge needles for the Penicillin. Dosage is 1/4 injected 1/4" deep into the breast muscle for 4-7 days. Alternate sides each day.

Corid is found in the cattle section and comes in liquid or powder. Dosage is 1 1/2 teaspoons Corid powder or 2 teaspoons of 9.6% Corid liquid per gallon of water. Give as the sole source of drinking water for 5-7days.

Check his crop to see if it's empty in the mornings. Even if he won't eat much, push fluids, he needs to stay hydrated. Egg is good or you can try making wetting his feed to see if that's more palatable.
Keep us posted.
