Sick rooster-help! Any suggestions?

I have a rooster that has black, crusty patches on his comb, and yellow, gooey eyes. I tried to upload a picture but my hardware it not working. I will keep trying to post a photo. Does any of this sound like something they have seen before? Any suggestions as to what I can do?

well im not for sure but if he was outside suring the cold it sounds almost like hes got frost bite because my rooster had it on his so idk
