Are his wings what you consider droopy in the picture? If so, that is actually normal for his breed (Japanese bantam) to have wings pointing down like that.

Ok he has huge spurs about, 2 inch I think maybe 1. He could have tripped on his spurs and hurt himself...but I can go out a send pictures.
