This is a new flock for me I’ve just dewormed the rooster so far He did have a bit of yellow diarrhea before he stopped eating but no blood in it

Is his crop emptying overnight?
Photos of him and his poop?
How long have you had him?
What do you feed?
Any lesions, canker or yellow pasty material inside his beak?
Any coughing, sneezing, bubbles in the eyes - respiratory symptoms?
Any feed that got moldy, anything toxic or rotten he could have eaten?
What dose of Ivomec did you give?
What dewomer and dose did you give?
Is there another rooster?

Dose for Ivermectin Pour On is 0.09ml per pound of weight given once, then repeated in 10 days. Ivermectin will help with lice/mites and may still effectively treat roundworms. If you suspect any other type of worms it would be best to treat with anthelmintic like Fenbendazole (Safeguard) or Valbazen.

Hard to know what's going on with him, it seems like he has no issues that would be common. If he's fairly new to your property, Coccidiosis could possibly be an issue. You can find Corid at TSC.
