My frizzle Rooster Curlly has stopped crowing and is loseing weight any advise? help please. lose one hen already.

Give us the following information. The more you tell us, the better we will be able to help you.

1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.)
2) What is the behavior, exactly.
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
11) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.
12) Describe the housing/bedding in use

He is a R.I.R frizzle he is very thin. He has not crowed in 2 weeks. His hen has past away because of the sytoms. He eats like a pig and drinks fine. He does have a little runny poop. I have wormed him and put sulfa med in water now. He lives in a hutch but free ranges time to time.

What are his symptoms besides the few you listed? What was the hen's problems? Did you worm him before or after the hen died?

I wormed him after she pasted. she did not lay eggs and she didn't roost at night. they both lose weight fast. he is drinking and eating fine he seemed sad when he found out she died.

Since you just wormed him, I would give him some time to build up some weight before I started a bunch of different treatments. Were these your only 2 birds or were they just a pair in the flock?

I had him in with a few hens but i'm so glad you help me figure out what was wrong with him. p.s do you know why his comb tures purple.

Comb color changes for a lot different reasons. Sometimes it is for an important reason. Sometimes it's not. A purple comb may mean he is:
-cold/chilled.
-has a bad heart.
-not breathing well.
-too warm/overheated.
-feeling less frisky that day because his hormone levels are not as high as usual.
-nothing at all. His comb is just that color that day.

Don't worry too much about comb color unless there are several other signs of problems. I pay little to no attention to comb color because most of the time it means nothing.

Ok cool I love all of my birds and I try to keep them in good health but lately my chickens have been sick but with a little faith I can bring them back to health. thanks for all your help and advise again.

I've always found a fully stocked medicine cabinet works better, but prayers don't hurt.

Good luck with them.
