she have a silkie who is breathing heavy, She picked her up and a clear liquid came out of her mouth. She tried to give her a crushed egg and shes not eating it. Hen has had a very dirty back end and so She treated her for worms. She’s not sure if this made her sick. What else can She do for her now? She’s around 9 months old.

Sorry about your friend's Silkie.

Clear liquid coming out of the beak sounds like she's got a crop issue. Did the heavy breathing start before or after she was picked up and liquid came out of the beak?
When did she give the wormer, what did she use and what dosage?
When was the last time she laid an egg?

Thank you, her hen passed.

Sorry for her loss. Tell your friend, that if she wraps the chicken in a clean garbage bag, and keeps her cool overnight, that she can call the state vet in the morning and ask about getting a necropsy to look for a cause of death. What part of country is your friend located? Here is a list of state poultry vets with contact info:

We are in Ohio

It is probably too late now, but if you or your fepiend ever lose another chicken, the state poultry vet will perform a necropsy for $23 if you bring the body to the lab in Reynoldsburg near Columbus. It is a good deal, but the body must be kept cool, and taken in M-F.
