I have a sick silkie rooster dont know what wrong with him he not eating his tail is down and he feeling hot ...any suggestion?

A little more information would be helpful.
How long has he been like this?
Is your weather hot?
How old is he?
Any signs of respiratory distress, coughing, sneezing, eye/nose discharge?

If your weather is hot, then he may be suffering from heat exhaustion, if that is the case, then move him to a cooler area, you can place his legs and feet in some cool water. Keep him in a cooler place for a while and see if he will drink some cool water, eating will be secondary, overheating he will most likely be dehydrated, so once he gets some fluids, then offer some wet feed. If you have some poultry vitamins/electrolytes you can use those as well.

Its not hot it been raining three days heavy three or four days 1 n half yrs old no sight but his poo is bright green.
