Sick Tired Chicken

Recently, my pullet has been very tired. She won't eat or drink anything but watery bread. She also is always sleeping standing up. And whenever the sun ahines on her, she lays down, spreads her wing out and raises her head feathers. What should I do?

The lethargic behavior is worrisome, but the lying in the sun with hackles raised is normal sun bathing behavior in order to absorb vitamin D through the feathers.

Have you checked her crop? Overly full and spongy or hard and lumpy? What is her poop like? Watery? Green? White and chalky?
