Sick Tom Turkey

My Tom very young has a swollen neck looks like his neck is crooked. He is also breathing funny. Any ideas Thanks Shay

Can you post a picture in the morning? Two things come to mind--either a crop problem or wry neck. He may have wry neck (crook neck, torticolis) which is a neurological symptom causing the neck to twist sideways, down ward, or upward. Sometimes they may also run in circles or walk backward. It can be a symptom of head injury, hereditary from a vitamin deficiency, or be a result of an infectious disease. It helps to give chick vitamins including thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin E, and give a little chopped egg, tuna, or sunflower kernels for selenium. Feeding and getting water may be a problem, so he may need to be given a watery feed if he can't feed himself. Feel of his crop to see if it could be impacted with grasses or food. It should be mostly empty by early morning before he eats.
