A couple of months ago, a friend took one of my toms (6 months old) to be with her 4 horny turkey hens. Everything has been going great, but today, she says he's very wobbly and is worried that he might be getting sick. She says there's no discharge, no marks on his head, his poops are still normal and he's eating. None of the other birds she has (chickens, ducks, guineas, turkeys) are sick in any way. Any ideas what she needs to be looking for to help diagnose TomTom's problem?

Hopefully, all is well by now. However, if not, the tom should be separated from the rest of the birds. From your description, quick improvement sounds possible. Check his feet, legs, and crop for abnormalities. Good luck.

She says he's still very weak today. She caught him and gave him a good look over. Eyes clear, nose clear, no marks, no spots. Nothing. And he's still eating. This is very weird.
