Have the vet do a gram stain to check for bacteria and ask the to show you how to tube feed.

Thanks! He gets a little better each day so I'm hopeful we can get him some meds to knock whatever he has out.

Crackers is doing so much better! Turns out he had a respiratory infection, he's been antibiotics for 4 days and has improved massively. He's back to eating and drinking with normal colored poop. Thank you so much everyone for your concern and advice!
