It’s not a hen. I promise. Prior to this he was gobbling and strutting. I don’t mean to insult your observation. Since being sick he has not shown colors on his face, puffed, or strutted.
What do you want to do with him? Do you want to treat him?

Yes I do. That’s why I’ve been asking for help.
I’ve stated in previous posts how I have treated him already. But, I’ll say it again, treated him with corrid for 5 days. At this time I removed all medicated feed. After the 5 days I reintroduced medicated feed and supplemented b vitamins electrolytes and niacin.

He’s extremely thin. I am doing rehab with him daily. Standing him/helping him stand he will stretch his wings and flap on his own but has great difficulty standing.

Looking for advice as to what else I can do for him.

Toms do not have a "mohawk" of feathers. They are typically bald by the time they are 5 months old.

Both sexes can and do strut. Both sexes can change their head colors.

If it is a tom, it cannot be more than 4 months old.

Okay, can you answer these questions two questions?
Do you have a food or postal scale you can use to weigh him?
Can you get some turkey starter?

I do have a scale so yes I can weigh him. And yes I can get turkey starter… would game bird starter be acceptable?

High protein game bird starter and high protein turkey starter are normally the same thing. They should be 28% to 30% protein.
