Two mornings ago we found a female Egyptian Goose flapping around on the dirt road leading out of our farm.
She doesn't seem to have any noticeable injuries but she can't walk and won't fly away.
I've put her on a straw bed in my outside room away from my chickens in case she's sick and put food and water out for her.
It looks as though she's eating a bit...her poop is kind of runny and smells horrendous. Her eyes seem alert but still after two days she's not walking. If I put her into the pond she floats fine and moves her legs a little but doesn't really swim around.
Any ideas as to what might be wrong with her?
