Sick with worry! HELP!

You can sit her on your lap, her head facing to the front, grab some of her beard feathers underneath her beak and gently pull downwards to open her beak. Then quickly put the piece of coconut oil into her beak and let go of her beard and old her beak closed for a moment until she swallows.
Use the same procedure to administer the calcium tablet. 1 tablet per day for 3-4 days.

Her right middletoe sure looks out of place, it could be dislocated or broken. Is the skin still intact? Please be careful while examining her toe. Is a vet an option?

Her straining trying to defecate could hint to constipation. Feed her some pieces of cold coconut oil to soften the stool.

And in case she is straining to lay her next egg: An extra tablet of calcium+vitamin D3+vitamin K will help her to pass it.
Thanks so much for your help. If she survives this, it will be thanks to your advice! I've removed her food and replaced it with a small amount of food mixed with the coconut oil and the vitamin ground and sprinkled on. Hopefully she'll eat it.

Ok, so to splint the middle toe you could use a piece of metal from a cloth hanger, bending it double and up her leg. Then wrap it with cotton and some adhesive tape to keep the cotton in place.
Gently place it onto her foot, the splint going behind her leg, and put some more cotton padding on top of her toe and front leg and wrap gently to fix it.
Just to make sure: The splint needs to go under her foot and toe and up her leg.

Chickens are tough little creatures and overcome a lot of accidents. With your good care and patience she should be well again within 2-3 weeks.
Chicken bones usuall heal very quickly, but unfortunately her lesion is at the joint, so will take longer to heal.

The vitamins are huge, I think I'll need to crush them into her food or maybe into the coconut oil. I'll do that if she doesn't eat the food it's in right now.

Break them in half and plop them into her beak. Chickens can swallow whole mice, frogs etc., so don't worry :p
Ok, I'll do that later today if she isn't eating. She doesn't seem interested in the food right now. I will give her an hour or two and if she hasn't eaten, I'll ditch the food and give her the pill and the coconut oil at the same time.

I forgot to mention one very important thing: Use an elastic wrap (vet wrap in case you have it) and don't wrap too tight, as this might inhibit proper blood circulation leading to necrosis. And observe her wrapped foot and toe closely for any signs of it. Control the broken toe temperature daily.
