Sick young rooster?

I have a 14 week old silkie rooster rooster. In the last week he has been unstable on his feet. Has a spot in the center of one eye and keeps it closed most of the time. He walks around with his beak open like he's panting. I've given him some antibiotics, but he hasn't gotten any better.

I would say hes sick or an injury.

He was dead this morning when I let the rest of the birds out. We'll have to keep an eye on the rest of them to make sure none get sick.
