The vent looks good - I don't see any Vent Gleet, just a healthy vent. She most likely is having troubles passing her egg. Hopefully by reducing stress, providing some vitamins, oyster shell free choice and it little extra protein like egg or tuna, she will be fine.
The "weird spot" you found is her oil gland/preening gland - official name is "Uropygial Gland". Leave that alone. The gland excretes an oil that chickens
will get onto their beak and spread throughout their feathers. So her behavior after the bath is completely normal.

Thank you again, I've raised chickens for years, and I've never had health problems up until now. I guess ever since I had one of my chicks die, I overreact when someone from my flock seems sick.
