Wow, you have quite the fancy collection! I've been considering getting an Olive Egger. I need to complete my egg color palate J My girls are laying now and I get a green, blue, an almost pink, light brown and medium brown. I’d like to add a little variety so I’ve been contemplating getting a few more - an Olive Egger, a Black Copper Maran and...something that lays a white egg, I haven’t decided yet and I don’t really care what breed as long as she’s friendly. I’ve also been looking into the Welsummer breed for speckled eggs but it looks like those are kind of hit and miss as some will lay brown and some will lay speckled, but you won’t know until they start laying so I may need to buy an adult hen. We'll see :) I don't want to overcrown my space but I need to jazz things up a bit

Well I can hatch you some white layers ( icelandic's) olive eggers ( olive egger x crele penedesenca or white empordanesa)
also if you like a dark speckled egg. Crele penedesenca will sometimes lay a speckled egg and they are darker than a welsummer for sure.
penedesenca lay extremely dark eggs like a maran
