Siezures?

My chickens look like they have narcolepsy or some kind of siezures. One hen sticks out a wing and stretches out a leg and then stand there like a statue making a weird noise. Then I noticed she did it again today but she laid down and did it. My rooster came up behind her , made a weird noise and laid down a d did the same thing up next to her.
