and her brother will look at me and say, "Mom? Is that right?"

Though it does seem that Critter thinks my word can't be trusted. Yesterday, I was on the phone with a lady who was thinking about bringing her horses to the barn. When I mentioned that I have miniature horses, she asked if I'd like another one. I laughed and said, "No, I don't want any more minis." Critter was walking through the room at the time, and when he passed me he said quietly, "Liar."
