For sure it is 'Pa' Sourland, but he also has 11 'real' nephews/nieces and countless who have been adopted/acquired. For some reason kids like this old guy. Perhaps they feel that we have the same mental age?

One of my grandsons once told the Princess, "Pa is really weird." In concern she asked, "You mean scarey weird?" His reply, "No, neat weird none of my friends have a grandfather like him." One of my finer moments.

I've been known (on many occasions) to smack visiting monst....er....kids on the back of the head when they get too close to my girls. Most of the weas...er...kids that come here are teenage boys. I even made one stand in the corner once. I heard my 18 y/o DD telling the new BF to watch out because I am mean.
