*sigh* I'm loosing my touch. (Warning: Hi-jacked by Em)

Did I forget to mention how good I will be, ESPECIALLY if the exception is granted?

And how adorable I am? And all that other stuff that will get at least three more votes in my favor? And that you're only as old as you feel?

I doubt I'll be able to convince Ashton to wear a bucket. She's a very trendy, Prom Queen, etc. type. Max would, though. He'd think the whole thing was hysterical.

Tessa and Emma would stop talking to me because they'd think I was so insane, Allie would go, "Ummmmmmmmmm... Why?" and Kody would just fall and hurt himself because of his muscle problem. So this is why no buckets is the best option.

I'll think on the bucket exception.

But rules are rules...anything else seems to confuse the Elders.
We do everything on a schedule....

I bet the local TSC has five more buckets in stock? It's the "in" thing,
I hear. You can even put little antannas on your marching buckets so
you can talk to each other. (Helps you stay in step)

Ev, if you wore a bucket on your head, you would not see where you were going, and stumble about in a drunken manner, which is perfect for an Irish holiday!!!

(Not being overly mean here, its a joke I make to my Irish friend Miriam)

I copied this from a thread I made a few minutes ago.
The family just learned today that my 19 yo sister, who has been struggling with anorexia-bulimia for a few years, but hasn't binged or purged in months, has had a major relapse. Her grades are slipping in college, and she is dropping out and coming home this Friday because she cannot be in that environment anymore (the college she picked, ironically, has one of the highest numbers of students with eating disorders. And they kept sending her hitherto-unneeded bills, so she's in a lot of debt.) Naturally, my family, especially my mom who already has depression issues, is very stressed, because we remember well what happened a few years back when we had to send her to a treatment center/psych ward for two months. It was hell, no exaggeration. So, just pray we can get her a job, and help her through this tough time and get her back on track. Thanks everyone.

Now, I know its nothing as bad as that poor guy whose kidney rejected him or a bunch of other issues, but my family is really scared and stressed, and as the oldest sane person most days, a lot of that stress is on me. Especially since my sister's main way of feeling better was, in her old anorexia days, making me feel like crap (it bordered on emotional and verbal abuse, sometimes even physical) and I'm scared it's going to happen again.

Tani, I'm wishing the best for your family and expecially your sister. You know that you are OK, and we here at BYC know that you are a special person. Do not allow your sister's problems to drag you down. Your Mom and Dad are going to need your help.

Eating disorders are very hard to overcome. She'll likely fight it her entire life, just try to be understanding too. You know I'm here if you ever need to talk.

I'm going to hold my vote for Eenie until she starts bribes.

I gave Eenie a favorable vote, but it seems more reasonable that all 6 band members should wear green buckets. How is our Queen Em feeling today?
