So Em...I was reading in the newspaper about some mysterious
"brownie-crumb trails" in North Carolina.

Of course, you wouldn't know anything about that would you? The
fact that they lead to your front porch is purely an accident?

Seriously did I read a piece in todays newspaper where (in Kansas)
a man on run from the law broke into a couples home, kidnapped them
and forced them to agree to hide him from the law for a few days for a
sum of money?

They fed him, whatever. Took a chance and snuck out later that night, called
the cops. In the capture, the kidnapper was shot by the police.

Now comes the kidnapper and is suing the couple for "breach of contract"?

Will he win? Should he win?
