*sigh* I'm loosing my touch. (Warning: Hi-jacked by Em)

Seems like every time one tries to demonstrate his conversational skills, Sour wants him to demonstrate his swimming skills . . . .

And Ebob was such a wonderful conversationalist. He used proper punctuation, too...

What a waste.

Yes, they are missed. TOG/GLO was great fun, and then for a while there was Yebob and Bigbangrooster - not very durable those boys who would aspire to become Youngers. Perhaps they are out sparkling in a somewhat safer realm?

So... In fun news for the day, the Sparkley who was crushing on me a few months ago is now dating a nineteen year old. And the kid is fifteen. I think this is illegal. In other news, we got four inches of snow today. And my roosters had a bloody battle for coop dominance (the giant Cochin lost to the skinny EE with the respiratory issues. Go figure.)
I see a book in the making, "I Was a Teenaged Cougar".

Funny thing about the roos. I once had a big, fairly solid EE roo that lived with an OE bantam roo and assorted hens. The OE would pester the big guy no end, pouncing out of nowhere and scooting off before the larger bird could get turned around. He seemed to rule the roost. Then one morning, I went out and the OE was hiding in a corner away from all the other birds. He seemed wary and slightly disoriented, though I couldn't find any wounds on him nor unusual numbers of missing feathers. After that, he steered clear of the EE. I have always wondered if they finally squared off for a real fight, and the EE fell on him.

Dear Em & Others:

Donuts will always be my favorite.

But times change. A fat man can not live on donuts
alone.

Spring is coming, slowly. And my wife has a garden
to plow.

Due to the drastic price increase in Oreos (see related
thread) I am planning on planting a few crumbs (providing
of course I can find any crumbs) and growing my own
Oreo bush this summer.

I may plant several, building a winter-stash.

If there's any extras, send me a few Oreo bush seeds. :p
