I saw a t-shirt today, it had a picture of a lady from the fifties and it read, "Gardening, yoga, coffee, housework, medication, and I still want to smack somebody!" I thought it was funny.

So why are you smacking me? It's not like I'm the one who did the dancing. Not me, nuh uh, no way - do I look like the Magician's Apprentice to you?


Every time I have relocated a broody, I put her in a cage for her own protection. Without a choice in the matter, they usually settled down in the new nest site. Could you put some wire or something around the nest box so she can't leave?

You wanna talk frustrating? How's a dozen dead baby bunnies, when I really, really need bunnies to go do Easter Bunny visits? I've got 4 live ones with a really good mom, so that's better than nothing, I guess. But this is why I say that anybody who believes in the expression "breeds like rabbits" has never tried it!

Actually got to go outside today and play with the kids, and sit on the porch! Back to freezing temps tonight
