NO COFFEE is bad - very, very bad. That would push me over the edge.
I sometimes think about becoming caffeine free, and then I reconsider. Alcohol and nicotine free will have to do for now.
One can't be expected to give up everything, can one
I had to give up coffee for health reasons about 3 years ago after drinking it for 35 years!!! OMG...you DON'T want to go here! Trust me, the body freaks right out. I can't drink the decaf stuff either. And teetotaling was just not my thing! Talk about complete and utter exhaustion! And the brain fog was the worst!! Getting out of bed seemed useless anymore since coffee was not on the brew. It WAS the only reason to get out of bed in the morning. LOL It took me about 2 full years to completely get over the mental and physical effects, or desires should I say.
BUT....I am over it. I can't even stand the taste of it anymore, maybe because I associate it with the complications I was having. And I do feel better over all from having given it up. But if you are one that can drink it, CHEERS TO YOU!! Keep on swilling that joe!!! (And yes, I still am jealous)
