*sigh* I'm loosing my touch. (Warning: Hi-jacked by Em)

Let me tell you'll a little story,

Sit right down and gather 'round.

Today it dawned on me, that it had been at least a year, or perhaps two or three, since any little child had come to the house covered in leeches.

I asked child #2 if he would be so kind as to spend the day wading in the pond.

He said no.

Child #4 did walk through the pond today, but only briefly and at a quick pace.

I asked if he could find any leeches on his legs(for often our leeches tend to be small....when hungry), but he found none.

I asked dear child #4 if he could walk through the water again, but much more slowly, perhaps counting to 100.

Child #4 said no.

Alaskan has obviously failed in the area of disciplinarian.

But tomorrow is a new day. Perhaps child #5 will say yes!

Alaskan.....wondering about the inhabitants of the pond.

Why not try trolling the pond with YOUR tongue?

It isn't that large.....and the pond isn't that tasty, AND I a much too old to bend over like that.

Also, Alaskan is pretty sure that the leeches stay at the bottom of the lake.

Trust me, little boy feet make much better leech magnets.

Alaskan.... HAPPY in the sunlight! :D

I will make myself available for the Friday event. I'm working on some new events. Perhaps Mitch can bring some friends for fish food

err, I mean fun.

I thought you were at the first party, Alaskan. Sour and I are throwing this party for those who missed the first one. Now, if you weren't actually at the first party, I will be happy to plan something special for you at this one.
