*sigh* I'm loosing my touch. (Warning: Hi-jacked by Em)

But Mitch, the party is a no-show party, so you can't show anything.

Alaskan thinks you need to come dressed in a box.

A really big box, that covers you completely.

But shuffle along slowly, so you don't fall down into the moat.

Poor Spook. You just get your mouth working again, and you mess up your hand. Who needs a diet, when you can hardly feed yourself? (why am I reminded of the joke about the Japanese diet - you can eat all you want, but you can only use one chopstick?)

But now you've got me worried. When I offered to kiss you on the head when you fell off the ladder, you said you were going to hurt yourself more often. Now you've gotten hurt again - I hope nobody thinks this is my fault!

I haven't heard Critter try to blame me for it (yet), but he tried to cut the end of one of his fingers off a few days ago. Got it involved in the gas-powered hedge clippers. It probably should have had a couple of stitches put in it; it did get him out of doing dishes. I raised and broke some blisters on my hands cleaning out the water lily pond and do I get out of the dishes? Who writes the rules around here, anyway?

lady guess you and Critter won't be holding hands for a while? The difference between the injuries: his was an accident - yours was the result of an improper procedure. Justifiably, he should not have to wash dishes, sorry. I hate washing dishes; therefore, I cook. Wait, the Princess doesn't do dishes - the dishwashing machine does.

Where did I go wrong.

Spook would like another desk job.

But....now when I plop down at my desk, I'm so far back
from it, I can hardly reach it. Apparently over the years,
my arms have shrunk.

And I'll agree with Criter...stiches HURT. Sure, tearing our
fingers off hurt too. But I'm starting to feel (and look) like
Frankenstein.

I've thought about this a while now... I need to order one of
old time suits of armor. THEN I can work safely.

You might be more impact-resistant in a suit of armor, but I reckon it wouldn't be long before you'd have trouble hearing. I imagine it would be like living inside a trash can - noisy!

My son was laughing about the matching bandaids.
