Tomorrow Tani turns 17. Tani is not ready to be 17. Tani still feels about 12 sometimes (and sometimes I feel 62, but seriously.) another year older, another year wiser, another year Sparklier.

Well, fiddlesticks! Here I was, hoping to amaze Tani that the absent-minded Bunny knew about it being her birthday tomorrow, and she goes and reminds everyone today. I'm gonna wait until tomorrow on the birthday wishes anyway, so there!

But y'know what? I have a son that's 17, but I still remember being that age, and I wouldn't be that age again if you paid me! 30-ish, maybe, but not a teenager.

OK, update, Alaskan is in the land of warmth, and they have this thing called "air conditioning". Alaskan gets to be at the EXACT prefect temperature! You DIAL IN YOUR PERFCT TEMPERATURE and then some unseen elves churn out the perfect air, and puff it through little grills. There are little grills in each and every room!

Not only that, but there are entire buildings here, ENTIRE BUILDINGS, where they cook food to sell to people. And there are oodles of kinds of food. Boggles the mind.
