I still don't understand why you want to blame me for the white stuff, Alaskan. Around here, it's a well-known fact that if you say the word "snow," it doesn't happen. We had TWO episodes of significant wintry precipitation this year, and what we got was ice. ICE. (baby) Totally no fun (well, I did see some guys using a pool toy as an improvised snow board. They looked like they were having fun).

It appears that the snake broke cover at a time when there was nobody around except the cats.
