Or, you can do it the way I do, which is to right click on the video as it plays, and click on "copy embed code." Come back here, click on the thing in the editor task bar that looks like a couple frames of film (it says "insert video" when you mouse over it) and paste the embed code there.

Not a big fan of Chevy Chase, but somehow, this video seems to belong here. For those who don't get the joke, the tall guy in the white coat is (lip syncing) actor Chevy Chase, and the short guy in the grey coat is the singer, Paul Simon.
