Yep. I was just getting into my perfect sleep, when Liam came in at 5 (and I didn't fall asleep until 1:30) and said that Mom needed to take Dad to the E.R. He really hurt his back and can barely move.

Uh-oh. Any idea what happened?
He was lifting a heavy bin, and he fell and twisted his back a few days back. Being dad (I wondered where i got this trait) he ignored the fact that he shouldn't move and just kept on working and playing and being himself.
