Actually, I don't think I've ever eaten rabbit...but I'm TOLD it is yummy.

Rabbit is excellent meat for eating. I have eaten both wild (cottontail) and domestic. It was part of what we had to eat growing up. At this point in life, I am no longer mentally capable of killing and eating them.

I tried fried frog legs at a chinese buffet. Tasted just like fine white chicken, but with odd slimy amphibian (sp?) overtones, and so little meat not worth the picking.

My dad used to have my mom cook things like frog legs, rabbit, squirrel, etc... Bad thing is, he would lie and say it was chicken. I hardly eat meat at all anymore.
