Delicious.

Rabbit is excellent meat for eating. I have eaten both wild (cottontail) and domestic. It was part of what we had to eat growing up. At this point in life, I am no longer mentally capable of killing and eating them.

Growing up I know my grandparents raised rabbits to eat. But when it came time to kill them they couldn't do it. Had to send them off for the deed to be done.

But I never had any. Now I have had and (love) Alligator, and Turtle. I like Deer...but I will not eat frog legs.

My dad used to have my mom cook things like frog legs, rabbit, squirrel, etc... Bad thing is, he would lie and say it was chicken. I hardly eat meat at all anymore.
