Mantis shrimp are such cool critters. One of my least favorite critters to find in a bunch of live rock in the middle of an aquarium....but still very neat little guys.

I agree with you about finding a hitchhiker mantis shrimp, but you have to admire how smart they are - maybe that should be my next pet...
