*sigh* I'm loosing my touch. (Warning: Hi-jacked by Em)

No, Yebob, the type bear trap that I envisioned was one of the legholds with the jagged teeth.

It doesn't matter. You can be put into one of those ones too.

Yebob let me make amends. Meet me by the moats for a splendid picnic. I will bring the Kool Aid.

'Crazy Old Geezer' beetle juice - so good for you. Let us toast to friendship.

Ebob, I know I don't need to warn you about the Kool Aid, but I will anyway.
Tani, I see two very good outcomes to the braces. First and foremost your beautiful smile as an end result will become even more beautiful. Our daughter needed braces, and she has never regretted the process - absolutely beautiful end result.

Also, it will be very difficult to kiss for the interim. Hopefully 5 or 6 years.

Don't let him give you that crap, Tani. 18 months to 2 years is what they told me. I had braces as a teen, it was my choice. Full bands; major metal mouth. Tin grins are in! My best friends had braces at the same time. Her teeth were stubborn, and she had to wear headgear during the daytime too. She called it her "kiss deflector."

You learn to give a big smile with braces, so your lips don't get caught on the hardware. When it comes off, the beaming smile is ingrained behavior.

My orthodontist used to say that he thought all of his patients ought to have to wear a T-shirt for the first month after the braces came off that read, "Smile by Drs. Visser, Martin, and McGuire", 'cause that light-up-the-room smile was such great advertising.

No kidding Sour. You know George, I hate to break this to ya but Tani was doin' a bit of sparkling herself. Now she's getting braces, not gonna say what that does to sparkly boys.

What's really bad is when you get two kids with braces locking lips. Locking braces gets expensive to repair!
