My hands hurt!

Cutting wire to repair dog pens and then planting bulbs today have conspired to make this old man's hands HURT! I can't go to the Princess for sympathy - she already called me a wimp for putting on long underwear today - HEY, it was cold, and a skinny old man has to preserve body heat. I can't get no respect.

You get sympathy from me, Rodney - I mean, Sour. Wire cutters are brutal! I've still got a tender spot on the palm of my hand from a pair I was using several days ago.

And somebody I didn't even know was teasing me about wearing a jacket a couple of days ago.

Aw Sour and Bunny, I can't stand wire cutters. So as a welder I cheat. I use a mini-grinder with a four to four and half inch thin kerf cut off wheel. It's so much faster and easier.

On a random note, my sister Mazie has informed me that she is a tomato. She's all curled up in a ball inside her jammies and is talking in a voice that I guess is supposed to resemble what tomatoes sound like.
